How to access AAEP LV Virtual Meeting

Go to https://aaep.aulasneo.com/login?next=%2F and login with your user and password
Access the meeting room by clicking “Entrar a la Sala”
Then next step is selecting the day, topic and room where you want to join as a participant or speaker. Browse the sections and click in the correspondent room (Sala)
Once you click in a room (Sala 3 for example), a pop up message will request opening Zoom to join the meeting. Click accept and you will be directed to the open session.
If you are a speaker, the moderator will manage your interventions. You will be able to unmute your mic and share your screen if needed.
